Corinna West
Corinna West represented the USA in women’s Judo at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games. She competed in grappling sports for 10 years, winning gold in the Pan-American Sombo champions, silver at the Pan American Judo Games, and silver at the Sunkist international tournament in freestyle wrestling. She was a three time Senior National Judo Champion, Tre-Torri international champion, US international invitational winner, and placed 13th in the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. She coached Judo for six years in Colorado Springs and Kansas City, introducing over 300 athletes to the sport. Her specialties are uchimata, grip fighting, a rolling choke, journaling and time management, and mental training.
